OpenSimLab was born out of a simple, yet powerful idea: High-quality educational tools should be accessible to everyone, without barriers.

Inspired by the global Open Educational Resources (OER) movement, we noticed a gap. While many platforms offer interactive simulations for Math and Science, very few integrate seamless self-testing exercises or invite users to look "under the hood."

A Collaboration Between Human Knowledge and AI: The simulations, practice exercises, and source codes you find here are co-created with the assistance of advanced Artificial Intelligence. The AI acts as a powerful coding assistant, but every line of code is strictly grounded in the fundamental laws, formulas, and scientific principles discovered by generations of human scientists and mathematicians. Our goal is to use AI to make these foundational human discoveries easier to understand, practice, and build upon.

We believe true learning happens when you tinker and test your limits. That's why every simulation on OpenSimLab is paired with interactive exercises and is an open invitation. We provide the complete source code for every experiment. Whether you are a student testing your skills, a teacher looking for classroom resources, or a developer wanting to build new tools, you are free to download, modify, and remix our work.
